Since being at Floors Alive I have successfully completed Shaw’s online learning academy and Floor TECH, (Shaw’s Flooring Institute of Technology.) Along with helping to install floors, I am equipped to answer any questions or concerns our customers might have. I pride myself in my ability to retain information and provide exceptional customer service.
